No it isn't going to float.

Is this made out of the same material as the kong classic toy?

I think so. They use the similar materials for several shapes of toys. Extremely solid rubber that my Pitt can not ruin.

Hello. I have Good Danes and a St Bernard. The ball is really sturdy rubber. My Danes wreck all the things and these have survived. They are about the dimension of a usual tennis ball.

Does this ball squeak when chewed?

No. It truly is a strong rubber ball. Rather beefy also. It is 1 of only two toys my German Shepherd has not been in a position to ruin.

I have a toy Yorkie, would the small ball be an appropriate size for this breed?

Does the ball get slippery when playing fetch?

Its strong rubber so its not absorbent or something... so if your puppy slobbers on it, it will get slippery from the slobber. This ball is very hefty considering the fact that its strong, so not superior to throw within residence, only outdoors

They have some 'bounce' to them yes. They are a really sturdy toy so they are a very little hefty. Nonetheless, they do bounce a bit.
